Women, empowering retail – Leading Innovation

The household budget has traditionally been managed by the lady of the family – she makes the buying decisions and is therefore the main customer for the Retail industry.  Also, more than 50% of the employees in Retail are women.   This session at RLS 2013, showcases women in leading roles in Retail and discusses their role in innovation in Retail.
