Who Holds the REINS? – The REtail INnovation Session

RAI and Booz & Co have collaborated to showcase Indian examples of indigenous and exogenous innovation – which are value focused, create profitability and market leadership.  The companies showcased span a range of segments, geographies and sizes within the retail space.

The output of the collaboration – the Retail Innovation Survey 2013, will be released at the Retail Leadership Summit.  The study surveyed innovation practices across 410 retailers, and provides in-depth analysis on the top innovators in India.

Key insight:  The Top 3 innovative sectors in retail – Online Retail, Retail Services and Jewelry & Watches. Not surprisingly, the developments in e-tailing are seen as a game-changer when it comes to innovation.
