Retail Leadership Summit 2017 kicked off with an engaging address by B.S. Nagesh – Chairman, RAI : Founder, TRRAIN.

Objective of RLS is to bring the industry together. Learn, Share, and take modern retail industry forward.

Today, shops don’t shut when the shutter comes down, they shut when the consumer puts his/her smartphone away.

Collaboration is the key. RAI is working with all the stakeholders together as a retail body to meet the needs of the Indian connected consumer.
